cannot fill fuel tank

team i need some guidance and or help!! Check engine light is on and can not pass emissions test. Had it in the shop and stated the issue was to do with a leak in the rear canister. Not able to find a new replacement part because it is discounted. To add to the issue went to add fuel today and the fuel will not enter the tank. Did anyone come up with the solution?

car you are inquiring about? If so, there are several solutions mentioned thoughout this thread that
have worked for forum members. Turning the gas nozzle 90 degrees seemed to work for some.
