Default can't pull the secondary tensioner help.

I opened the valve cover i saw tiny broken plastics between the camshaft chain . anyway I removed the 2 bolts that hold the tensioner which is 8mm bolts I tried to pull it in several ways but can't get it out so is there a way to do it without the pulling the exhaust camshaft?

i didn't continue the job because Im not sure what to do turning the harmonic balancer until the exhaust camshaft remove pressure on valves then pull it ?

2002 xj8.

Turn the crankshaft clockwise from the front until the exhaust cam is unloaded. Then use zip ties to keep the chain on the exhaust cam, remove the caps and lift the cam out of the way.

Do you have the torque settings for assembly? Some of the screws do not take much and you don't want to break one.
