Code Readers inc ABS
Hi all,
Apologies if this is covered elsewhere, I suspect it's been asked loads of times before but I couldn't find it so...
What's a good code reader to get in the UK that covers all of the car? I've got a cheap EML327 that only does engine codes, but would like ABS/gearbox etc as well for when I need it. Obviously I'd prefer not to spend too much, but don't really know what I'm looking for.
I'm asking as I've got the three amigos of ABS/Trac/Stability up again. Normally going around the wheels & spraying WD40 in the connectors sorts it but not this time. So it'd be nice to know where I should be looking next.

I have a Foxwell NT630, which may or may not still be in production, it was about $120 I think a few years ago. It does SRS, OBDII, ABS and other functions like electronic parking brake stuff. Works great on my 01 XJR, read the trans codes and other special Jag codes. I would venture to guess that most code readers in this general price range will do what you need them to do. Got mine on Amazon...its good, but not great, the menus and layout of the buttons is sometimes inconsistent, but its very usable and I've had zero problems with using it on any car I've tried it on.
This one flew off the shelves and is currently unavailable on Amazon but you might find it at other outlets.
