Default Color code stumped! Help?!

Can't seem to find ANY info on this color. The car is rumored to be one from a dealership used as a show/courtesy car for the 2000 model year.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Parts Catalogue 'A' pages for you.

The car is actually a 1999MY car if it is in North America.
F00001 is listed as the VIN beginning the 2000MY X308 sedans.

Someone must have 'screwed-up' as I have NEVER seen SEE as a paint code.
