checked and bolting points and seems all tightened no loose screws.

upper fan obviously shaking as hell.
do i need replacement or any easy fixes?

I would guess either the motor bearings are out, or, like mine, the blade hit something and broke its hub. The official repair part is the whole fan cartridge with the housing and two fans, but there are some motors and fans available from folks parting them out. I have given my spare fan away. I am pretty sure the X-300 fan cartridge is exactly the same.

 

check the fan blades for damage. if they are out of balance, it will shake.

 

It was a dissertation on fan clutches, forgetting the ol' Jaggy doesn't have one
