Just got a new radiator installed in my 2003 xj8 and as it seems I'm already having problems. First off my fans will not turn on either one, secondly the air conditioner reads error for about 3 seconds, and finally the car after running for about 5-10 minutes starts leaking water n steam from the radiator cap and the I'm gonna guess secondary tank on the driver's side of the car in the vary front.

 

Improper cooling system bleeding? (coolant not filled in the thermostat tower?)

Air bleed line and atmospheric catchment tank lines incorrectly routed at reservoir tank?(they need to CROSS)
