Can the cooling system (radiator) be upgraded.
I am faced with the need to replace my radiator on 2000 XKR, which got me thinking. What options do we have to upgrade the tenuous cooling system?
I've found this option.

From his other thread
This afternoon was a dissaster.
After toping her with oil and adding some R134a with Dye and sealer, and idle for 15 minutes, the restricted performance and ligh turned off.
Took her aund the block to fuel her up believing more good gas would help stop the reocurence of the restriction when dissaster struck!
With code reader on watched the temp shoot up as I pulled into the gas station, temp gauge went up to max, red light on and full drop to no temp. Shut her down.
Massive coolant leak on lower left corner of radiator.
Let her cool down and felt the lower radiator hose nothing wrong there. Looks like blown radiator.
Codes came up on reader.

I agree with fix whatever needs to be fixed rather than covering up issues with aftermarket parts. I recently drove over 3000 miles in 2 weeks in hi temp very mountainous climates and have the Real Gague coolant temperature product by WhiteXKR, and with 90,000 miles on the original radiator I experienced no overheat issues at all. I fully beleive these radiators are correctly sized for our cars, even in the hot Florida climates. If you want to spend money, replace with stock parts and then buy the Real Gauge for peace of mind. Just my opinion.

Very well Gents, OEM it is.
Yes, I later realized that was an intercooler radiator not the main one.
Boy,this thread got hot quicker than my radiator before it blew.
Still having trouble installing JTIS so many noob questions still to come.
Anyone have a sketch of how the three radiator are placed in relation to one another? To the upper crossmember(??) where the cover plate that is over the radiator screws into.
My main rad looks to be too far back. Upper hose interfering with airbox.
