Default correct color for pin stripe on 98 vdp?

My 98 VDP is almost done with paint. The exterior is Amaranth. The original
pin stripes were tan or gray but I can't locate an exact code. Also does anyone know a good source for the tail light gaskets? The shop did a fantastic job on the paint. I almost want to put it in a museum instead of driving it.

Sorry I have no idea. However looking forward to pics!!

As far as taillamp gasket, I believe you have to buy the assembly. I got mine from Hampton Auto Parts 1-800-948-2713, mention this site and ebay prices.

I should remember what I paid as I just bought it...185 Im thinking...Im sure you can buy used much cheaper, however I had just replaced the right taillamp before it was put in storage and wanted them to match perfectly.

thank you. I know the "coachlines" are tape rather than paint from the factory. I will share if I locate just the gaskets. Welsh enterprises has ones for the door handles. $40 each, but looks great.

I spoke with Welsh Enterprises and Coventry West today. Both said the tail light gaskets are not available. Neither have the coach line tape. Save and reuse gaskets if you repaint is the tip of the day. Welsh Enterprises does have the door handle gaskets though. I guess it is real painted coachlines for me. Looks better anyway.

Found my answer in the Jaguar Body repairs general information section 501-25.
Amaranth KDK should have painted coach lines. Not tape. The proper paint colour is
JBC851 LGA grey. 3M fine line striping tape is used for masking only.

This information does not match what I read from JNCA sources
