Correct location of the oil pan

Correct location of the oil pan

Tired of paying too much for an oil change. Can someone tell me where the oil pan is located on the 2000 XJ8?

Directly under the engine.

Drain plug is on the front right corner with the filter just above it. With a low oil drain pan you can change the oil without even jacking the car up.
