First of all, disconnect the battery and see if the problem remains after reconnecting.
Second, remove the battery from your key fob(s) and check again. Sometimes, the unlock switch becomes sticky, at least in the old fobs before MY00 or 01.
Check, if the problem continues if you lock the car with the key and not electronically.
If none of that helps, there might be an issue with the locking mechanism inside the door, but to check that you‘d have to remove the inner door panel.
