The doors wont lock or unlock using the key or fob.
When using the key to unlock the drivers side door the other three
doors will not lock or unlock
I here what sounds like relays transfering and holding the key also
drives the windows down when unlocking and up when locking but the
doors will not lock or unlock automatically
The motor that drives the actuators never energize
What and where should I start looking for the fix to this problem?

I found the problem!!!
The actuator fuse on the right hand heel board #2 15 amp was blown.
Thanks to iguide I never would have found it without his help
