My interior driver's side door handle has become somewhat detached from its inner mechanism. It still works, but the 'double-pull' to lock and unlock will not work. It's kind of loose. Any experience with this issue? Some advice would be great, thanks!

 

The cable on these is known to fray. Mine behaved like yours just before it broke completely (lower the window to open from the outside to exit!). The replacement part from Jag includes the inner handle. Coventy West (and, no doubt. others) have just the cable. Some have reported fixing theres with a new wire and ferrule.

 

just replaced the cable spark mentioned..not a bad job at all. Jag made that door pretty easy to work inside. I would go with just the cable.
