Hello

my 1999 xj8 has engine coolant low warning on. The coolant is all top up and i replaced the sensor as well for the coolant. The message is still on inside for the warning with red light Another thing, Its been siting in garage for more than 2 years. I just drive it for 3 days and noticed engine blow by. Air filter is sucking the oil from crankshaft engine valve cover and throwing it to the throttle body.



Thats what i figured out by showing it to my friend who is entry level mechanic.

Now i need some expert advice and assistance to keep it going.

I came across different options for fixing the blowby. Few includes installing oil catch can, pouring some atf to spark plugs to tighten the pistons ring and switching to regular oil for keeping the walls lubricated.

any inputs ? Advices
