Default Flooding on driver side fuel rail

Hey guys having an issue with my rail flooding of fuel. I’m thinking it could be fuel pressure regulator but I’m not sure. Any ideas ?

If you have a heavy gauge wire handy, you could pull either of the fuel pump relays out and bypass it to force one of the pumps on. This is assuming you know which two wires to bypass. You don’t need the key in the ignition for this test. If there’s someone there to help you, they can stand next to the rail and tell you where it’s leaking at.
