No. It seems that once the car is running neither FOB works for locking/unlocking etc.

I don't believe any semi-recent car has that ability....my work van won't do it and my previous '97 Expedition didn't either. I can only remotely start my van (same with Expedition) and then unlock it. Once the key is inserted, it disables the remote feature to prevent lock outs I presume.
