anyone know where the vacuum hose on the fuel pressure regulator connects to.. Or has a picture of where it goes

Throttle body lower mounting I think.

 

+1 melhook. It is a fitting on the elbow on the right side below where the throttle body mounts.
Follow the link on Post #2 and download a copy of the tech manual. It will give you a picture of the location. Pages 708 thru 714 of the manual.

I found it.. And replaced it.. One of those easy to see hard to get to items lol
