My requested brochure for the new xj came today. At first I was not a fan of the new styling, but there is something very English/jaguar about the lines. Looks like a crouched cat. Best in the LWB imo. The more you look at it the better it looks. Interior is beautiful with some very striking color combinations. Hooray for color! Navy, burgandy, burnt orange, in striking two tones. several different veneers too, elm, oak, piano black, carbon fibre. There are some gimmicky things I thought. Like the illuminated sill plates and the new bright blue "mood lighting". no more Vanden Plas. I' sure you've all seen it, what do you think? I know what Ill be driving in 8 years!

 

I personally love it... I have high hopes for Jaguar in the future.

 

I'll wait till I've seen it in the flesh before deciding.

The XF looked kind of strange from some angles in photographs but it's a knockout when seen on the road.

I heard Jaguar are bringing a new XJ to the Pebble Beach Concours D'Elegance this August... maybe worth a trip down to see it
