So after searching my 99 VDP for the interia switch and not being able to find it I asked here where is was located.

Right side kick panel, button at the top of the panel just under the dash. OK.... im a car guy... I looked there once but figured maybe I didnt look good enough so I did it again. There is NO button, switch or anything there. Heck I removed the kick panel and all I have is a metal plate with some electrical connectors, wire looms, insulation and other bolt and nut heads. So im either blind or am just missing something.

Please , again I ask, someone who has actually pushed the button, tell me where it is.

It is where you have said it is, but it isn't a button like a dash button. Look more closely at where those wires connect to the metal plate and it is there. It will only press if it has popped up I think, if it is down it is not needed to be pressed.
