Help! I'm confused...

I have an '01 XJ so I know i don't have a Nikasil block, but what about the pesky chain tensioners? Am I free of those too?

The 01 models had a later version of the tensioners. I don't know if it's late enough to have the metal tensioners, but it did have a upgrade from the earlier models.
