Question How can I stop the driver's seat from going back once the key is removed?

I recently purchased a 2002 XJ8 in great shape for my Wife's use. However, due to her poor back, it's very difficult for her to get out of the car after she removes the ignition key, as by design, the driver's seat automatically retracts. Can this reward movement be defeated beyond disconnecting the module? Is there a setting I can program via the door switch or something else that's easy to do? Thanks you, All.

Turn the adjustment knob on left of the steering column to "off" instead of "auto"
