How do you take this thing off??
You might check the glove box, the spare tire area, and the tool compartment in the engine bay. The tool is usually a special socket that fits the pattern. Otherwise maybe try an auto parts store. I've never used one on my own vehicle, so I don't know how specific the tools are. Hopefully you'll find it in one of those places.
I remove and throw away the wheel locks as soon as I get the car.
Do you plan to run wheel locks?
If not any tire place can get them off in 5 minutes. It's a REAL common problem!
They won't use a key socket either so they are usually messed up when removed.

You can buy a tool from somewhere like Amazon -
Twist Socket Set, Lug Nut Remover, Metric Bolt Stud Lug Nut Extractor Tool Kit With Center Punch Bar 1/2" Drive 17 19 21 22mm 5 Pieces PTSTEL - Amazon.com
If you don't have an impact then the trick to using the tool is tapping on the end to keep it engaged with the nut while using a breaker bar to turn it.
