the battery won't take a charge. when I tried to remove it, the battery cables came off ok and the bolt holding the steel hold down rod to the fender well came off ok . but the real long bolt on the other side will not come loose. it holds the other end of the steel rod and the plastic piece holding down the bottom of the battery. I tried wd 40 several times. I tried taping the bolt head and several other things, with no results. any suggestions ? thanks, russ
