Can anyone identify this? From my project car’s interior. Found on floor board. All interior out of car including dash. Confused because I always put bolts/nuts back on or tape to removed part. Looks like a bolt passes through it. It’s about an inch long.

Wiper assembly had come out and pins fell to floor.
