Intercooler Radiator upgrade
has any one upgraded the Intercooler Radiator, I know the Eurotoys makes the kit but bit pricy for my weekend project.
any information about any universal one may fit it our Jag. I have unlimited use of auto-shop(well, sort of, by my best friend who runs the auto shop)
thanks you
I also wonder if any fuel pump upgrade that we can have also

If you want to improve the cooling power, then better to make your own, ET's (and others) are just way to thick and slow down the air flow, and they don't increase the surface area.
Try to make one that fully covers the frontal are (i.e. similar size to the main radiator), that will give the best cooling. I used a core 600x380x32mm, but the XJR is more squareish compared to mine, so you need to measure that one up and make your own brackets.

I decided that I would benefit more from increasing the capacity of the cooling circuit rather than trying to increase the intercooler radiator size. I installed a custom reservoir that I had made and it adds an additional 6.5 quarts to the circuit. This is far more effective in limiting heat soak when stopped than a larger radiator will be. At highway speeds the stock radiator is providing adequate temperature drop but at low speed or when stopped heat soak to the entire circuit causes the ECMto pull timing
I installed the tank in the space I created by relocating the filler neck forthe windshield washer fluid and connected in line with the intercooler pump and hose leading to the intercoolers. Total cost was less than a larger radiator would have been
