'02 XJR - Brought the 'ole girl out from her Winter slumber and now after 10-15 successful starts I'm having intermittent non-cranking issues.

Brand new battery, no codes, but occasionally (and becoming more frequent) I'll turn the key to the crank position, and nothing (post successful system check). If I turn the key all the way back and try again, sometimes it works and sometimes it takes 2-3 attempts.

Ignition switch maybe? Any suggestions on what to troubleshoot first?
