Anyone have a good source -- have a new "XJR" and the fender leapers that I was able to pick up for decent prices. I don;tundersatnd why they are so expensive.

I've found eBay is a good source for new badges, there are all sorts of sellers with listings. The badges differ in price slightly when buying direct from Jaguar, but the price is justifiable when you consider they are three piece items with a limited market.

 

Interestingly, I listed trunk and fender badges from my parts car in this forum some time ago (for reasonable eBay-equivalent prices) and found no takers. In fact, I haven't been able to sell ANY spares here, so I don't even bother listing them any more.

 

I don't understand why jaguar didn't even know what an x308 was try a parts car those are around 500 and some jaguar owners around may buy parts.

Looks like he is selling the left fender --- Good price. My memory is they have a left and right ...... so the Jaguar is facing forward.

I preferred the x300's lamps.

no one has the "Jaguar" ... guess because it's used on all the cars

 

You can always mod it to look as good as a X300 . Called a direction side repeater Jaguar # LNC4812AB for both left and right . The hole should be the same and the wiring would be easy . Polishing a used lens with a compound makes a big difference . Ensure you have the uprated fuse of 10 amps from 5 as reflected in the Jaguar wiring guide . Can find some at the local junk yard for a couple bucks and try .
