Default JTIS Help PDF file created from JTIS software

Looks like a few forum members are having problems with getting the JTIS Help section to work (Help Topics in JTIS Help) on their windows 8.1 PC.

I used a PDF software (PDF995 print to file function) to create a PDF file for each help topic, then I inserted all of them into this JTIS Help PDF file. I also added bookmarks to access each topic.

Here is a JPEG file that is a snapshot of the 1st page of the PDF file that shows all the bookmarks for all the topics :

https://www.dropbox.com/s/sxvj45wd0l...20Snapshot.jpg

Click on the image when the webpage opens to get a larger view of it.

Here is the weblink to the JTIS Help PDF file (If you use Internet Explorer you can also view/use the bookmarks online):

I recommend downloading the PDF file and open it with Acrobat Reader, then turn on the bookmark feature in the Reader.

Here is another JPEG showing the JTIS Help PDF opened in Internet Explorer browser with the sidebar option turned on (also the bookmarks option clicked on):
