I have a 2007 VDP that will not crank over, I need to get the auto to the dealer, is there a way to somehow jump start the engine to drive it there ? car has new battery and is a low mileage car for a collector use, battery is fully charged but engine will not crank.

 

Check the engine wiring loom for rodent damage as I've seen this happen before. If wires are broken, there is a CAN-BUS fault and the starter will not engage. Another situation could be PATS (Passive Anti-Theft System) problem not allowing the starter to spin.

It may be best to have the vehicle removed to a main dealer or Jaguar specialist for diagnosis.
