Default Killer Chill for an XJR

Anyone familiar with the Killer Chiller setup? If so, what model do you ask for when ordering, and do you need additional hardware to install in an XJR Jaguar? They don't appear to have one ready-made for an XJR, a was curious as to what was needed to install it. Thank you for your time, Louis

It's a system that is plumbed into the air conditioning on cars and cools them significantly. I have seen some XKRs on here that have pictures of moisture
forming on the intercoolers with the Killer Chiller installed. Trying to find out what I need to install a kit on my car.

It chills the super charger cooling system to keep the ECU from retarding the ignition at full throttle during drag races (or blower pressure up so you can outrun ME 109s to stay lucky!).

This is how cold you can get the charge coolers with a Killer Chiller. If you call & speak with Joe @ Kincaid Performance he will set you up with what you need. I strongly recommend you eliminate the radiator for the supercharger & replace it with a tank. You should also isolate the cooling system with a second reservoir & pump.

Jgaxkr, do you have any preferences on a brand of reservoir and pump? I am definitely interested in pursuing this option.

Thank you so much for your input, Louis

I just used a Jaguar reservoir from an XJ8. The second pump is a Bosch Pump. The tank was made by my local fabricator.

Alternatively you can run an automatic diverter valve that will bypass the heat exchanger when AC is on and use the H/E when AC is off.

The climate control system is designed to not be turned off so your a/c is cycling off & on even in the winter.
