Default Looking for help in Louisville, Ky

Recently purchased a 2000 XJ8 with 47k miles. For precautionary reason i want to go ahead and replace the water pump, chain tensioners, chain guides, etc. but i do not feel comfortable doing the work myself no matter how many "how to's" i read on here.
To avoid dealership repair costs i am in search of someone who has done this project before, or know's someone local who has, and would be willing to help me out for an agreed amount of cash.
I of course would order the parts myself with your recommendation of retailer.
Currently located in Louisville, Ky
Thanks in advance!

I would recommend you remove the valve cover and carefully check the tensioners first. Since its only has 40K plus miles, you do have plenty of time to find someone to assist you in replacement.

This is a long shot but check this guy out. I think he frequently sells jags on Craigslist. I recalled that he had several for sale that he replaced chain timing belt. Its four hours away from you but you can drive early in the morning get to him and return the same day. Good luck.
