I've had mine for 5 years now and it has held up well.

The provided install instructions are unnecessarily complex, all you need to do is get two stainless steel screws; you can screw it into the plastic mounting area for the "fin" that was there from the factory. This is much easier and follows similar protocol to the mounting of the upper mesh panels in the upper grille.

 

i very much like this look, do you know if they go on an xj8-long, roughly how much they cost and the after market vendar used?...thanks
