Help! The passenger mirror no longer dips all the way down when in reverse (pressing down button only lowers it slightly), and both mirrors do not auto change with the saved seat memory settings now. Mirrors are working correctly with manual buttons on door. Any ideas?

Haven't had much time to look at the mirror problem, but I did take it to a Jaguar place originally that worked on the brakes and it came back with the mirrors not working. They told me they updated the firmware so maybe that was what did it. Paid a fee for something I dont think I needed. Could they have disabled the mirror dip function? If so can I do something to get it back myself?
