Forgot about that problem. There seems to be a bug in the code if you look at the source.

Open IE and navigate to the following location:

H:\jag\jepc\JEPC\applications\JEPC\html\JEPCLogin.html

The bolded bit is what is important .. the rest depends on where you have JEPC installed. Once you are there, bookmark the location to be able to start there again. The login is ADMIN, password 123.

Depending on your security settings, it may keep prompting you on every page about activex permissions. Just click ok everytime.

Going to get down in the valley of the motor next and make it look new again.

Really wish someone local could clean the supercharger up for me, don't wanna get anything harmful in there... probably just leave it alone until I upgrade later...

Part numbers for everything i replaced...

Let's just say I will not allow anything with a spec of rust back into the engine bay... no sir!

Airbox mount refreshed...

Fuel injector harness bracket got refreshed, as well as those dirty injector plugs! yukkyyy

Name: IMG_0143.jpg
Views: 817
Size: 180.4 KB

Tops of the injectors got a good cleaning after this picture, but the bolts holding it down aren't rusty anymore!

Size: 164.4 KB

I won't have to worry about those hoses anymore... put in some braided reinforced silicone hose

Name: IMG_0145.jpg
Views: 903
Size: 178.0 KB

And just because I'm picky I had to go get the correct worm clamps... the stock ones aren't quite big enough and are a hassle in those tight areas...

That's about it, I took the intercoolers to a local machine shop to get them cleaned so they will be fresh, picking them up tomorrow... then I'm still at the mercy of slow parts guys to ship stuff out

Just a fair warning... Nalley isn't fast and they forget parts, so even tho these were overnighted I'm still missing the coolant outlet seals, so they had to ship those as well... on a holiday weekend... it'll be tuesday before it runs, if you use them for the discount they offer, talk to anyone else but Paul. That's all I have to say about that.

So while I'm waiting I've put everything else back together.... First I knock the crud/rust off every bolt the job takes and add a 650deg engine paint... kinda a zinc look... ( i wish i had a real zinc refinisher...ill do them over later...)

Coolant outlet seals came in and got her started up... runs better than new now.

Only leak is the outlet on top of the water outlet pipe to the fill tank Gonna have to do something about that and then flush the coolant once or twice so that's fresh too.

Feels good to have it back and clean tho
