Sorry if this a stupid question but I tried a search and got nothing. I tried folding the driver side today but it was hard so I didn't force it. I would think that even if they weren't power folding they should at least still be able to fold by hand. No?

My 99 has folding mirrors. They are manual. There is a semi-circular indentation on the top of the arm, indicating where it swivels either direction. If yours doesn't have this semi-circular indentation, then it may not fold, though I would doubt a model newer than mine would not have this feature.

 

Yes they do... it is a little hard, but you won't break them.
