So I have my 2002 XJR torn apart replacing the AC compressor. I bought an HNBR O-ring kit and removed one of the O-rings on the lines to compressor, but none of the O-rings in the kit seems to match it.

I used a pick and damaged the O-ring, so I’m stuck if none of these O-rings are the right size.

I searched, but couldn’t find this info, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Download the EPC ( Electronic Parts Catalogue ) has all the parts numbers and diagrams.

 

You mean the SNG parts catalog link at the top of the page?

I’ll check, but I looked online for a good long while and I can’t seem to find industry standard sizes given for the O-rings.

It looks to be windows only? Unfortunately the only PC I have anymore is a giant tower circa about 2002 with a giant CRT monitor. Both are buried under a pile of crap in the garage. Don’t suppose there is a Mac version floating around (no, I don’t have windows bootcamp on my mac)?

Or, any chance you could take a peek and see if it has sizing info?
