Not Sure whats the problem

i recently noticed when i turn the key ignition to start my 1998 vdp, the air blows as if the ac was on, once the car starts it stops blowing, im not sure how to trouble shoot that problem, any help would be great.

I read somewhere on the forum that this is not a problem. Something about clearing the moisture out of the system before it comes on. My 98 xk8 does it.
