Default Oil pan gasket replacement

I have been told that my oil pan gasket ('99 XJ8) is leaking, How big a job is replacement?

Oh my god, dont touch it, it takes at least 10 minutes when you drain the oil on a oil change

Thanks. I haven't looked under there yet - didn't know if I would have to remove any crossmembers or anything. I changed one on an old car I once had and it was a major chore because of all the crap in the way.

theres nothing in the way and its a oring seal that only goes in 1 way

That was the easiest job I've done on my XJ8.

Thanks, guys. Will probably do this at my next oil change, since I will have to drain the oil anyway.
