Which oil for X308 XJR rear diff?

Hello I found different sources with different information on X308 XJR oil spec, its API GL-5 75w140 or API GL-5 80w90. which one is correct oil for diff then?

You can quite comfortably use either with no problems.
If you tend to drive your car a bit hard thenm i would go witht he heavier weight.
Any good fully synthetic GL-5 oil; is OK
