I'm happy you're at the 90% completion mark. I've owned my "project" for a few months now and I've only driven her 15ft perhaps LOL I knew what I was getting into but didn't realize how in-depth some of the projects would be. On the upside, I've picked up 95% of the parts needed and now it's just time to put back together, body work, paint and that sagging HEADLINER LOL Once you get everything completed on your JagDoList...the modding and maintenance phase will begin--hence the obsession lol
Thats the last thing really on my maintenance list. I noticed the other night the heated seats arent kicking on (the light on the console lights though) but that may be a fuse and really given my current longitude and latitude thats not a big deal.
On the heated front seats, if the red "status" light is on when you push the button, and you hear a click, and the fuses are good, chances are the relay is good and you could have one of two problems -- one inexpensive the other not so much.
One is that the relay under the seat simply needs to be reseated by removing the seat, removing the relay and plugging it back in. This worked for me when all the wiring connections looked and tested fine. (Blame it on some upholstery work I had done over the summer, I guess.) The other possibility is the the seating grids and little thermo on the seats are bad for some reason. Real experts tell me that is unlikely because the fail rates on the grids and the related electrical components are low on these seat designs.
if the rear seats are the problem, be sure to remove the bench and check to see if the wiring has been disconnected.
There are some good discussions on the forum about the front seat thermos you can find in a quick search.

It's gotta be something simple since the car has lived 14 out of 15 years in Houston and SoCal
UPDATE:
1) rearview mirror glass "scorched" - done - $97
2) headliner sagging - done - $250
3) radio antenna/mast not working - done
4) Traction control failure - so far so good, knock wood
5) ABS light on - so far so good, knock wood
6) Gas smell in the cabin - done. Fuel tank was replaced last summer
7) Misfire in Cyl 4 (I pulled the OBD2 codes and it said misfire and bad coil) - done
8) Valve cover gasket - done
9) Front brakes - done
10) Manifold intake tube - done
11) Oil change - done
12) Front Bilsteins being installed today along with new poly bushings - done
13) Pass door actuator out - done (thanks Dave!)
14) Carpets cleaned and seats cleaned conditioned - done
15) Rear bumper resprayed - done
16) Throttle cable adjustment - done
Now I just need to figure out the drivers seat heater issue and that hopefully is it for a while. hopefully

true but they are great for when youre hung over! Ive driven to work too many times with the seat heaters on, ac on and windows down!
