P1111 : OnBoard systems tests completed
P1647 : ECM HO2S control malfunction - B Bank upstream
Possible Causes
1. HO2S heater failure
2. HO2S sensing circuit short circuit to ground or high voltage
3. HO2S sensing circuit open circuit
4. ECM failure
The P1111 is nothing to worry about. You will always get either P1000 (tests not completed) or P1111 (tests completed).
For the HO2S, start by checking the connections before assuming sensor failure. You will be very unlucky if it's an ECM failure.
