I'm running one of these on my own 2000 XJR. Fit like a charm. You do not need the recommended hardware pack, or at least I didn't, but then most of the little nut-sert clips were still in place on mine.

LOL JimmyL.
I looked at a used XJR once, it was almost 100% ripped out.
also missing one or 2 brake cooling ducts if I remember correctly.
I had a replacement that was new on my silver car, it was like $200
or something crazy. A while ago so I don't recall exactly.

Finding a decent used piece is almost impossible. The same reason you broke two on yours is exactly why everyone else's is broken as well. Before I bought my car I looked at probably 20 other XJRs, and not one of them had an undertray without at least one seriously damaged section, and not many X308s make it to the salvage yards (I looked in a 3 state area and not one yard had a useable one). The new one from Parts Geek was only $100 and easy to source. Food for thought.

I bought a used one from someone on this site who was parting out a car like mine. It didn't have all the clips, but plastic ties work just fine. I think I paid $40 for it. Check ebay, you might get lucky.
