Hi Dave
I read on the forum X350/X358 section that the picnic tables were not available in the 2004 XJ models. They started to be available on the 2005 XJ vanden plas long wheel base model.

Here is a link to ebay listing that has the picnic trays for sales and has photos (front & back) of the various component parts.
