My headliner has to go back to the guy that did it last year because its coming up again. I know to redo the headliner the A-pillar plastic that holds the tweeters in needs to be removed. I was hoping to replace them while they are working on the headliner. I have a 1999 XJ8 with the HK system in it.
1) Does anyone know the size of the tweeter that lives behind the A-pillar and
2) Is it as simple as unplug one, plug the other one in?

I'm sure, given our cars, there's no easy replacement but I wanted to check and see while the tweeters were exposed.
