Poly or not...?
Will be replacing my front anti roll bar bushes soon (sport suspension 33mm roll bar) - thinking of Powerflex poly bushes despite the fact they're twice the price as oem.
Worth the money ?
Do they squeak at all ?
Cheers

+1 what Mark SF said!
The workshop manual tells you to do yo as well. A couple of weeks ago I replaced them too, but with the original OEM bushes. With grease, no squeaking so far.
Cheers, Alexander

I bought a cheap scrap set of wishbones off Ebay so I could work on them at leisure without having the car off the road (its my daily driver), as well as a set of XJR springs/pans which I refurbed.
Aside from the usual cutting of the ball joint lip I used one of those big c-clamp ball joint kits to press the old out and the new in - still required an extended breaker bar. I had a garage press in the bushes as I couldn't get them in straight and buggered one up, only charged me a tenner.
I was going to change out the lot myself and even made the compressor tool, but I'm getting on a bit and didn't have the confidence to do it so got my local indie to do the work as well as the track rod ends - £350 including tool hire/alignment all in. The original ball joints were shot and beginning to eat the inner tyre walls so had to be done.
The car feels a little more stable/tighter and the steering lighter and more responsive.
I'm married to this car now.......
Regarding the springs I did post a while ago about the ride height on changing to the lower XJR springs, someone commented about the extra stiffness negating the lowering "effect", and I can confirm that the ride height at the front is virtually no different to the original set up. I did have new rubber seats fitted of course....
