Default Possible to move e-brake to right side?

Hey all,

The fellow who is in the process of buying my Super V8 asked if it was possible to move the handbrake lever over to the right side, as he's a fairly large guy and the handle tends to bother him when his right leg rests up against it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Ok, actually, I think I answered my own question. According to the JCP website, there are a couple of different components one would need, such as a RHD e-brake handle assembly and a RHD mounting bracket but otherwise, everything appears to be the same.

Easy enough!

Funny thing, I intend to change mine form right to left, in the process of RHD to LHD conversion. You need just a handbrake lever from a UK car(try ebay.co.uk), also the color coded upholstery cover. The carpet must be cutted in a triangle shape to let the level fix to the floor bolts, only 3 or 4. The cable is fixed to the lever's end.
I think I will keep mine in the right, who knows , maybe I will become larger during the years...

O_O

This is something I had not thought of, and one now that I've heard of it is going to have to happen. I'm not a particularly huge guy, but I like to splay my legs a little on road trips, and the lever is an annoyance. To ebay.co.uk!

you'll need the backing plate too or risk the thing coming off in your hand!
