Hi all,

Was wondering if you guys knew what bulbs I need to replace my PRND gearbox lighting? (pic isn't the best, but from P to R the green line doesn't light up. same with the 2 to 3) I tried to take it off myself today to have a look but did not want to risk breaking parts.

I just replaced the 2 soldered in backlighting bulbs. Replace them both at the same time. If you'are also not getting some of the red letters, those are red LED's and I don't have any information on those. If you are doing the soldering, take your time with the whole process.

 

The link addicted posted is a good link created by a friend of mine. The process is easy if you're experienced with electronics but take your time all the same.

It looks like your upper backlight lamp is out. Both of mine were out, I used Chicago Miniature 8097 bulbs for replacements.
