Default Pro-tips for this trim piece ?!

Any tips from the venerable lot here on how to get this seat belt trim to stay put, it comes out every time the seat belt's used. It's a newer OEM piece so it's not flawed.

A quick examination will show how it is held in place: bend the tab or add to it with tape and press it back in place.
