Default Puting an aj27 into a 98 xjr

So i recently put a 2001 aj27 engine into my 1998 jaguar xjr .
I am aware that the lobes on the cams are differnt , so im wondering if i need to only swap the lobes from the aj26 engine or the whole camshaft . Also if someone has a step by step guid e to doing this and how to correctly reset the timing i would apriciate it . Also when puting an aj27 engine into a 1998 xjr that came with the aj26 , are there any other parts i need to replace , swap from the old engine , or remove . First jag so please be detailed , pictures if possible.

I'm pretty sure you can't swap "lobes" camshafts are usually ground as "one piece" so to speak.

You *can* just swap the reluctors, but I did not have a ton of success trying so I just swapped the cams.
