Default Radiator Fan

I have a feeling the fan is not working, perhaps due to a blown fuse. What would be the best way to test it? I've let the car idle for a couple of minutes in the driveway and the fan hasn't come on. Where is the fuse located for the fan (2001 VDP) Any advice? Thanks!

The fan fuses are number 12 and 14 in the LH fender panel. The fans start in series, then switch to parallel, with relays in the fan control module which is located near the LH crush tube just rear of the radiator. If a fan is jammed, like a bad bearing, the fuses can blow since the series start feature will not work to lower the inrush current. Check the fuses, for free spinning of each fan, then the module relays.
