Radiator Fan Running
I know it's not uncommon for rad fans to run after the car is driven and parked, but I had never noticed it on this model. It may run at high speed for a minute or for several minutes after a drive. Granted it may be 85 to 95 F here.
I also THINK I hear it running at high speed at idle or at low speeds with windows down.
I cant recall hearing this before. Normal? Temp gauge is shows normal temp.
All thoughts welcome.

It may be okay, but the temp gauge is useless once it reaches mid scale. You need to read the temp. through the OBD port. Buy an inexpenive scanner that will read realtime data or an adapter that provides the data to a call phone app.
With the temp gauge showing "normal", the engine temperature could be anywhere between 160F and about 230F. The gauge needle is electronically pegged in the middle position over this wide temperature range. The fact that you have the fans running at high speed means that the engine is running hot. If you are also losing coolant, it could mean cylinder head gasket(s), otherwise the first things to check are the thermostat and the water pump.
It was a stuck thermostat. Nothing more. Water pump is not original and it was fine. Big relief.
Question: How often to you flush the coolant in these cars now? Every two years?

Jaguar recommends 5 year or 150,000 miles for Extended Life Coolant.
I think the earlier-type coolants such as D542 or D985 have a life of 4 years but I forget the mileage recommendation.
